- 1. Win a Bike (hereinafter referred to as “the Offer”) is an offer extending a chance to win a Honda Shine Bike /Honda active Scooter during the weekly lucky draw.
- 2. This offer is applicable only to the Retailers/Stamp makers of this Company’s products & this is not a gift, bonus, accessories or like benefit & aims is a Sales Promotion, Loyalty Program and achieve Company’s yearly Sales Target.
- 3. The Company proposes to dispatch each boxes containing one coupon. The coupons are numbered in an alpha numeric manner and the Company has maintained records for such coupons at its end.
- 4. The Company proposes to declare winner of the prize during the lucky draw conducted on weekly basis. The prize will be awarded within 30 days of the Lucky draw.
- 5. The Prize is offered for free, on ex-showroom price basis, to the lucky winner.The prize does not cover any cost of accessories, any other taxes, duties, levies, insurance and other costs. All costs and expenses except the ex-showroom price shall be borne by the lucky draw winner who shall be responsible to get delivery of the Vehicle in his/her own name without recourse to the Company.
- 6. The prize is not transferrable, assignable and encashable.
- 7. The Company shall advertise the name, photograph, location and other particulars of the retailer who may be the successful winner, on Company’s website www.sunstamper.com.
- 8. The prize is extended only against depositing the original coupon with the company. If the original coupon is lost, damaged, tampered or otherwise is damaged in any manner, the Company deserves its right not to accept the same.
- 9. One coupon is eligible for one prize only.
- 10. The Company reserves its right to allocate, distribute the coupons as per its own policy and discretion.
- 11. The Company may have absolute power to withdraw, suspend, close, the offer at any time. No dispute of any nature whatsoever, shall be entertained by the Company concerning the lucky draw under any circumstances.
- 12. The offer, the lucky draw and all actions pertaining thereto shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Calicut only.
